The Metasys Performance Verification Tool is an easy-to-use software program that scans a Metasys system for planned service opportunities and reports its findings. The information available in the reports helps service technicians and installation teams understand your Controls needs to deliver proactive, outcome-based service.

Detailed reports providing information on out-of-date system components, opportunities for improved system performance, potential security risks, and more; issues identified in reports include (but are not limited to):
Opportunities for energy and performance savings, like instances where schedules could be set up for HVAC equipment and excessive overridden points. Here is an example of an actual energy-saving scheduling opportunity identified in a Performance Analysis Report: "Up to 3.12% of the HVAC equipment controlled by Metasys does not appear to be scheduled, which may mean it is running when the building is not occupied. Adding schedules can result in a significant reduction of a building’s energy use. While 35.42% of the HVAC equipment in your building is scheduled, consider reviewing those schedules on a regular basis to ensure they still meet the needs of your facility."	Potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities, like instances where out-of-date software or unsupported operating systems are still being used at a site, or where system user accounts could be better managed. Here is an example of actual security improvements identified in a Performance Analysis Report: "3 specific areas for improvement were identified within Metasys regarding the security of your site. 1 opportunity to improve user account and passwords, and 2 opportunities for patches or upgrades to defend against cyber security threats."
Issues affecting occupant comfort, like HVAC equipment operating outside of set point conditions. Here is an example of an actual comfort and health improvement identified in a Performance Analysis Report: "4 pieces of HVAC equipment in your building may be deviating too far from desirable set point conditions. This may cause issues with comfort or temperature-dependent processes."	Issues affecting indoor air quality, like dirty filters. Here is an example of an actual reliability improvement identified in a Performance Analysis Report: "5 specific areas for reliability improvements were identified within Metasys. These issues can include backup battery issues, excessive alarming, overridden points, dirty filters, overloaded controllers, or broken object references."
