Johnson Controls awarded “China's Most Attractive Employer” for fourth consecutive year

The "2018 China's Most Attractive Employers" award was released on June 20. Johnson Controls was once again awarded “Top 100 Most Attractive Employer in China” in the engineering field, ranking 84th. Johnson Controls stood out from the rest with its advanced talent management model, comprehensive training program for newcomers and a complete employee development system. This is the fourth consecutive time that Johnson Controls has won this award, highlighting our commitment to talent development in universities.
As the global leader in employer branding, Universum evaluates over 150 selected employers by inviting college students to respond to questions about their career preferences, expectations and employment related motivations since 2006. Based on the results, “China’s Most Attractive Employers” vary in fields including engineering, business and natural sciences and provide valuable insights to national and international employers. This year, a total of 55,988 students from 110 key universities nationwide were involved.
Johnson Controls strategically put efforts on talent cultivation and employee development. In China, Johnson Controls has held campus recruitment campaigns for 11 consecutive years. The company also provides a systematic talent development program, and has created a full range of training courses. Johnson Controls also actively partnered with universities to build practical training bases for talents. In addition, Johnson Controls provides continued support to the Chinese Association of Refrigeration (CAR) - ASHRAE student design competition, promoting HVAC refrigeration engineers development and industry sustainability.
